At Mondford Watches, we're committed to delivering handcrafted timepieces of exceptional quality. If your watch doesn't meet your expectations, we'll do everything possible to make it right. Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure prompt and careful fulfillment.
Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed once an order is placed.
Condition: To qualify for a return, the watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging included.
How to Return: To initiate a return, email us at support@mondford-watches.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We'll provide clear instructions on the return process.
Refunds
Assessment: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the watch to verify it meets our return criteria. You'll receive an email confirmation indicating whether your refund has been approved.
Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
- Reach out to your bank to confirm the transaction status

Exchanges
For Damaged or Defective Watches: If your watch arrives damaged or defective, we're happy to provide a replacement. Simply email support@mondford-watches.com with your order details and photos of the issue, and we'll guide you through the exchange process.
